Abstract
This work addresses the academic trajectories of teachers and researchers at the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) in Argentina. The focus in this case is on the individuals, their training trajectories and institutional insertion, their links and their international circulation. The approach combines quantitative and qualitative approaches based on primary and secondary data corresponding to the period 2019-2021. The record used covers the analysis and comparison of data, the dialogue with structural trends of the Argentine scientific-university field and the approach to the discourse and representations of the researchers themselves who are the object of this work.
The main objective was to determine and explain the different profiles of teacher researchers that emerge from the analysis of the trajectories. The specific objectives were to determine a universe of researchers institutionally linked to UNSAM and the circulation profiles that emerged from the analyses, explaining the diverse trajectories. Finally, the interpretative proposal of the studied trajectories is presented.
