Abstract

Construction of digital skills have lately gained interest to close digital gaps. However, policy assessment studies usually have an ahistorical notion of digital skills. Opposed to that, here we propose a materialist conception of subjective knowledge, such as multitasking, mobilized by Programa Conectar Igualdad’s youth beneficiaries. The method consists in a triangulation of quantitative and qualitative techniques (surveys and focus groups). Results offer different paths to reduce digital dissonance.
