Rounds of meetings in/for Teacher Training: construction of learning communities at the pandemic context

This article reviews a teacher training experience configured at pandemic context: rounds of virtual meetings. Principals and elementary school teachers, teachers and fourth-year students of the teaching career participated in this experience. They met to share ways of doing chores and knowledge of teaching practice in complex contexts. The implementation of the aforementioned teaching device is sustained by Chartier et all (2019) call cultural conversations as encounters in which the participants carry out a shared construction of knowledge in order to constitute themselves as learning communities.
