This review presents the compilation of the Disability and Accessibility Program of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires that brings together a set of works aimed at rethinking the place of disability in higher education and accessibility. It proposes to analyze disability as a political category that cannot be thought of in a univocal way, but rather, approached from different models and perspectives that must be linked and nurtured intra and interdisciplinary. This in a framework of research, teaching and extension that enables the development of accessible and hospital environments in an articulated way, with different areas and organizations of people with disabilities. Higher education as a right becomes fundamental in this compilation, at the same time, the need for a present state that guarantees the agreements made. The compilers invite you to go through experiences, research, and extension projects from sensitive doing and building inclusive practices so that the right to education is a fact and not a politically correct discourse.
