The plurigrade as a mental health device.
Reflections on the experience of the Hospital Escuela de Salud Mental.

The article arises from the route carried out during the research project called: Pedagogical Interventions and Mental Health in Secondary Education. Interdiscipline and Group Work. It proposes an approach to the experience of the plurigrade, which is constituted as a singular school space since, being immersed within the Hospital Escuela de Salud Mental (HESM) of the city of Paraná, it is conceived as a mental health device. It describes the main characteristics of the composition of the classroom space, while collecting and analyzing the accounts of the teachers and professionals interviewed.
Theoretical approaches from psychoanalysis and social psychology are presented, from which it is proposed to reflect on the particularities that are configured around the field of mental health in conjunction with the field of education. Together, the need to continue working on certain prejudices and stigmatizations is highlighted; and a series of questions are displayed about the possibilities of building knowledge and practices with others.
