Abstract

This article presents a discourse analysis work from the perspective of Michel Pêcheux as a theoretical-methodological tool to think about the encounters and disagreements between two disciplinary fields: mental health and education.

We analyzed group interviews as part of the fieldwork of the IDP 3173 research Pedagogical interventions and mental health in secondary education: interdisciplinary and group process, in dialogue with the French author. We recovered the notion of discursive and interdiscourse formations to analyze the normalist discourse that underlies the articulations and debates between education and mental health.
