Together for Change. Thinking about identity after (and before) Milei.

Abstract

After the defeat of Patricia Bullrich in the presidential elections of October 2023 and the emergence of a libertarian right led by Javier Milei, most analysts and researchers agree in diagnosing a crisis of Together for Change. These approaches, however, forget that the crisis goes back to the complex mortar of which its identity is composed.

  This work, under the essay modality in political analysis, is oriented towards the understanding of specific political situations, assuming the character contingent of any social order. Especially, of an identity whose viability to embody hegemonic representations will depend on the type of discursive articulations achieves after the October 2023 cism.
