Abstract
This article has the aim of analysing how a technology policy, such as missile and space technologies, are closely tied with the foreign policy. More over, one is part of the other because the symbolic and political value that have top of the art technologies in the Argentine Republic as a semi-peripheral state. This article also presents some answers and proposals for a geopolitical and developmental scope.
